Catalog and prices

Catalog information is for guidance only. Prices, colors, availability, delivery and taxes must be confirmed directly with the store before making a purchase.

Quotes

Calculations generated by the site are not a sale or an inventory reservation. A quote is confirmed only when a store representative validates it.

Financing

Financing applications and decisions belong to third-party providers. Their terms, fees and requirements may vary. The product price does not change with the payment method.

Orders and availability

Stock is confirmed at the time of sale. Items ordered from the supplier have an estimated arrival time of approximately 7 days, subject to transportation and not a guaranteed date.

Delivery, assembly and pickup

Taxes and delivery are charged separately. Local delivery includes assembly in the room you choose; its cost varies by distance, access and floors. In-store pickup is free, boxed or assembled.

Cancellations

Once the merchandise has been ordered from the supplier, cancellation requires a fee equal to 25% of the product price.

Warranty

Furniture includes the manufacturer warranty for one year against manufacturing defects. No additional warranties are offered.
